S. BRADFORD HARPER

Mr. Harper was born and raised in the Bay Area. He studied history at the University of California, Berkeley and then attended the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento graduating with a J.D. in 1998. Prior to joining Rankin, Shuey, Ranucci, Mintz, Lampasona & Reynolds as a Shareholder in 2023, Mr. Harper worked at several insurance defense firms in the Bay Area. 

Mr. Harper’s practice focuses on defending health care professionals and entities in professional liability and premises liability matters, healthcare industry employment matters, and business and homeowner premises liability defense.
